A project folder is set up and clients are given a user name and password. We then upload each video as a work-in-progress, depending on where in the video amends stage we’re at, to the site. Clients and anyone else who needs to have sign off on the project can then make comments in a feedback list by typing in the time code at where a change is needed and even use the review site to sign off the project.
It’s a fantastic and simple way to manage the content amends process – often referred to as the offline edit.
