When I first moved up to Manchester I went to RHS Tatton for inspiration, information and to budget my new garden. And again this year RHS Tatton has been an inspiation (partly because of the weather).
I have a number of prize specimens – including the Yukka that has come to bloom for the first time this year.
Whatever we do we should always take the time to get inspired, get new influences and knowledge. You’ll be surprised what new stars of your garden you might discover – some may repay you imediately and others will work hard for you over the next few years and then blossom spectactularly.
