Digital Director McCann Metro
Ric Started his career at Universal McCann and became the key contact for the lead digital clients including Sainsbury’s Bank & SSL. During his time here he was involved in establishing and maintaining digital marketing campaigns with varying objectives ranging from improving brand awareness and perception to direct response.
His next step was a big one – across the Globe to New Zealand. He was recruited to establish and run Zed Digital, in New Zealand and worked with the Managing Partners to build a team of 6 digital media specialists. The team delivered top quality digital media solutions to clients across New Zealand and Australia and Zed Digital’s client base grew to include HP, Qantas, L’Oreal, TVNZ, National Australia Bank, Citibank, Panasonic & Nestle.
Returning to the UK in 2008, Ric joined McCann-Erickson Communications House as the Digital Integration Direction, a role that pulls heavily on his combined digital media and creative experience to ensure that clients are receiving a truly tailored and integrated digital solution.
He currently runs the city centre innovation hub McCann Metro and as such is responsible for the output and direction of Metro and its role within McCann Manchester’s overall digital development.
